A little about me
Hi, I’m Amy!
I’m a candid, documentary-style wedding photographer based in East Anglia, and I absolutely love capturing people’s love stories in a way that feels natural, relaxed and completely true to them.I’ve been photographing weddings for six years and have been lucky enough to work across such a wide range of celebrations , from intimate city ceremonies and relaxed receptions to barn weddings, country houses and beautiful larger venues. I’ve never wanted to limit myself to one particular style of wedding, because every couple brings their own personality, ideas and way of doing things, and that’s what makes each day so special.I’m a lifestyle photographer at heart, so I like to keep things as natural as possible. Rather than lots of stiff posing, I use relaxed direction and fun little prompts to help you feel comfortable, while capturing all those genuine moments, laughs and interactions in between.I also love hearing your ideas. If you have Pinterest boards, screenshots or photo inspiration you’ve been saving, send it all my way — I genuinely love putting our heads together and creating something beautiful that still feels completely like you.And if you’d rather not think about the photography side of the day at all, that’s absolutely fine too. I’m very happy to step in, take the lead and make that part of your wedding one less thing for you to think about.I’d describe myself as personable, professional and fun, and I really like getting to know my couples so their photographs feel personal rather than like a copy-and-paste version of someone else’s wedding. For me, this has never felt like just a job. I genuinely love wedding photography — the people, the emotion, the atmosphere, the chaos, the little moments and everything in between. I really believe passion matters, because you can feel the difference when someone truly loves what they do.If you’re looking for relaxed, authentic wedding photography that tells the story of your day as it really felt, I’d love to hear from you.
